ABOUT ME
-Shy at first around people I don't know, but could be a total chatter box around people I am comfortable with.
-I am smart, ambitious, very friendly, kind and will bend over back wards for the people I care about. I am a neat and organized person, and love to plan things.
-I have occasionally been naive about certain events in life and this might be as a result of being a little idealistic sometimes. But as I live and grow, I have surely learnt some valuable lessons.
-I am big believer in working at bettering myself, just like most people out there, I am working progress.
-My friends will characterize me as independent, but I am that way because I worked for everything that I have today. I am in no way asserting independence because I feel like a woman can do everything that a man can. I am just that way because that's how I was raised I guess.
-I wish I worked out more at the gym, but I try. I look fit and thank my lucky stars that for now I can eat whatever I want.
-I consider myself an attractive female, and people always ask "why are you single?" Well, looks are a dime a dozen. So just because I have them does not put me on the front line of the "non-single" crowd. The right guy has to like the looks and everything else that comes with it. For starters, I will like to not be single.
-I am very loyal and committed in a relationship be it short term or long term.
THINGS I LIKE TO DO
-The movies- I probably spend alot of time at the movies. I see a movie at least once a week. I love comedies, dramas, romance of course, a bit of sci-fi and I HATE horror flicks
-I love eating out and EATING in general.
-I love to dance... I am probably not that good at it, but it doesn't stop me.
-I like to dabble in writing, my mother things I can make a living off it, but she is my mother so of course she will say that
-I hardly go out clubbing anymore, but you can find me at a local lounge every once in a while
-I love Rock climbing (INDOOR), but I will not be opposed to trying outdoor rock climbing
-I don't know how to swim, but would love to learn or better yet if a guy teaches me.
-I love to travel. I have travelled within North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa.
-I like to try new things, as long as am doing it with someone fun.
-I love music (RNB, hip-hop, classic rock, country sometimes, Pop, Mo-town and the all the classic oldies). Love concerts, comedy shows
-I think the movie Zoolander is hilarious! I kind of have a crush on Ben Stiller, so any movie he is in is funny to me
-I love speed boating, even though I can't swim. A life jacket always helps LOL!
-And YES I have this silly idea sometimes that I will find the perfect guy one day, and by perfect I mean one that just GETS me. Not a knight in shinning armour, or six figure earning pro athlete or a Brad Pitt look alike.
