I am secure & happy with myself, but... Life is meant for 2!! A little bit about myself: I enjoy travel, reading, gardening, home decorating, Comedy Clubs & Dinner Theater, music, animals, & celebrating special occasions. I am self-sufficient, independent, honest, I have a great sense of humor, & family & friends are very important to me.

I was married only once. I have been a doting mother & upon her leave for college it was time for me to get into me. With raising a daughter I not only had to set an example I did not have a lot of disposable time on my hands. So that equates to I did not do a lot of dating.

I had no problem with finding a mate as I am an attractive and engaging woman. But, I wanted to embark upon the 2nd 1/2 of my life getting to know better who I am intrinsically as a woman. So that is exactly what I did while she was away. I feel that one must themselves first BE what they seek/desire in others.

By nature I am a passionate, sensitive & feeling person... Grew up in a loving family. I like my time with my man & my time by myself as well. Me... I am somewhat uninhibited by nature but operate cautiously.

I have many dreams yet to fulfill. I am creative... I think that I am a mix of Bob Vila and Martha Stewart.

I feel that inspiration is an assignment from the universe.

I am not into serial dating... So that's not me... My time is valuable to me... So unless I feel a connection there is really no reason for me to go on a date. I can feel a connection and even if it is not a love connection -- I would consider myself lucky to have gained a friend. Friendship is very important to me.
