What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, but lose his own soul? A prudent man is one who can make the hard but wise exchange and leave the world behind.
A man who believes in and is dedicated to something greater than him. Specifically, must be a true Christian, not simply in name only but in word and in deed, one whose life reflects this.
However, since perfection is an impossibility, a man like Theodore Roosevelt described, "... It doesn't really matter to me how short or tall you are, that is not the measure of a man. It matters little to me what kind of job you have, that does not define quality in a man. What is important is that you are legally, morally, ethically and gainfully employed or have some way of earning a decent living, and can look at yourself in the mirror before and after work and be OK.
