I just moved to the area in February 2012. I am a college-educated professional male who has a career working as a project manager in bringing new technology to market. I love keeping busy, working out at the fitness club, attending cultual events, going out to dinner, movies, weekend trips, and relaxing at home with a book or watching a good movie. I also volunteered in teaching STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Math) to minority High School students in Product and Project Management and in helping build a garage at a camp for disabled children.
I just started a new position in Valparaiso, IN as a engineering manager for new product development for a technology company. In my spare time, I am trying to learn Spanish with Rosetta Stone software. I wrote Chicago in my profile but actually live in Northwest Indiana, 40 minutes from the Chicago loop. |

I finished my MBA from Boston University in 2010 which was a lot of work and with me working full time, left me with little time for anything else. I am looking for someone that I can spend time with doing things such as attending plays, musicals, museums, concerts, walking along the beach and traveling. This could consist of weekend excursions, trips in the US or adventures overseas. I also love simple things relaxing in front of a fire, watching movies, whether at home or at the cinema, and dining out. I have been to Italy, France, Argentina (my ex-wife was from Argentina), Canada, and several cities across the US. It would be great to eventually meet someone with a lot in common and form a connection that could lead to a LTR.
I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA so I really love my Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. I like candlelight dinners, and just holding hands while walking together. Although I do not have any kids of my own, I have nieces and nephews that I have shared my life with as I watched them grew up. I am very close to my sibling's families. I also have a 9 year old 4-1/2 lb. Teacup Yorkie that I brought back from Argentina as a puppy.
