A good man who doesn't agree wholeheartedly with everything I say. He doesn't just tell me what I want to hear and do the opposite. He won't declare how sensitive, caring, sweet, sincere, etc he is. He won't have to because he shows it. He has his own opinions and mines may clash, but he doesn't have to degrade me to prove he's right. He even admits at times to being wrong, especially if I am willing to do the same.

A good man who is not going to meet every item on my check list. He is human with frailties and faults mixed in with all of his wonderful strong attributes. He needs my love and respect. He needs to feel that I don't live to catch him doing something wrong so I can declare, "Aha I knew you were a dog!"

A good man who isn't insecure about his woman having great achievements. In fact he would be my number one supporter and becomes disappointed if I begin to lose myself, especially for the sake of not hurting him, or only wanting to make him happy. His happiness comes with seeing me excel in my dreams and accomplishing my goals. For as she exceeds and is excited a good woman will bring her good man right along with her.

A good man who doesn't necessarily give me a huge birthday or Valentine's gift. He shows his love in ways that are comfortable to him. I Don't judge him by T. V. Standards. No one is really living a fairy tale. A good man who is a man of his word. He says what he means, and means what he says. His word is his bond. He never leaves me wondering if he is going to call or show up, he is dependable.

A good man who has a love and a heart for the spiritual. As his relationship and love for that grows, so will his relationship and love with and for me grow. Thats what I require.. Nothing more.. Nothing less.
