The man who founds is both honest with his partner as well as himself. He had no reason to sell any wolf tickets only to impress me, then reveal the true nature of his character later. I am an open and upfront person with absolutely nothing to hide, so I expected the same. I am glad I got it and I can respect a man who is confident enough in his manhood to express his emotions. We all know that the majority of women function based on emotion. If a woman never knows how or what you are feeling, how can you expect her to relate when you bottle everything inside? It's not about being strong, it's being human and real.

I appreciate an honest man who is God-fearing and has a relationship with him. If a man does not have a vision, then he can't be the head of my household. If I am to back him up and support him as a good woman will always do, then I must know that he has a plan for his life before I can even remotely trust him with mine. He must have goals and proactively be doing something to help himself reach those goals.

I prefer a relationship with someone who shares my same interests, enjoys travel, has long term goals and is self-sufficient. He should be considerate of others, yet have enough discernment to recognize the difference between being caring and being gullible to those who intend him ill will.

I enjoy a man who has a sense of humor and uses it tastefully. I also admire a man who knows how to treat his mother because it tells me a bit about how he will also treat me. A man who has good manners is always a plus. Hey, I am from the south, so I must say that I love being treated like the lady I am.

UPDATE: I am no longer looking for my soulmate. He has already found me and we are engaged to be married. I am now in a wonderful, committed relationship with my dream man and choose to come here only to chat with the many wonderful friends I have made while here on this site.
