I enjoy a good sense of humor and being around people who appreciate the same. I am a writer, do articles and a column for a local newspaper and work there part time, as well. I enjoy doing things that interest the people I love. Although I tend to feel like a "beauty queen" when I am with a guy who enjoys being with me and isn't afraid to show a little public affection (holding hands, touching my hair and face) in all reality I lean more toward "big and beautiful" or "big and pretty". My eyes are probably my best feature physically, and my laugh.
I am a Christian, and although I am looking for a possible life-time relationship, I am weary of weekend meetings that end up 99% sexual (in bed or requesting some sort of sexual act). Although I have been told that African/American men are highly sexual human beings, I do believe that sex should be something much more precious between two people who want to get to know each other and possibly be saved for marriage.
Yes, I guess I am old fashioned, or at least I want to be that way. I guess I am hoping for a man who can be a "saint" and still be passionate within reason. Because I love to kiss and to touch (arms, back, face). I actually give a good massage.
I am looking for
A good, sincere and honest man who has passion, but can control his sexual desires within reason. A man with strong arms that can wrap around me (I'm big, but not to big for arms to wrap around me). I know there are men out there who truly believe in God and are of the Christian faith, who follow the teachings of Christ and believe that God's laws have not changed just to fit the people of the 21st century.
Intelligence is important, but that doesn't mean he has to have a college degree. But I do love to have intelligent conversations with me "best friend." A man who cares about responsibilities and priviledges such as voting in his city, state and nation. A man who has an interest in the things going on in the world and a passion for people who are in situations in which they have no control. I guess I have high standards, but I've tried this by simply putting down the minimum in qualities I hope to find in a man. I'm really not looking for perfection, just someone who is willing to do his best and take part in life.
