Hi there

Coming from Australia to this great country has been an education for me. I am a self assured male of 48 years who desires to meet people for friendship in exploring the finer things in life. My great love is music and my tastes are very eclectic ranging from Rock and Roll through to Blues and Classical music and Jazz. I love to cook though I find cooking for one to be a drag. I am a very occasional beer drinker as I would prefer a good Riesling or Chardonnay to a bud. While southern food is wonderful, having everything fried or BBQ'd tends to get old after a while.

I am not looking for a full on relationship at this point as I recently got divorced and have no desire to even contemplate going down that path again. That is not to say if someone came along and it was right that I would walk away from the possibility. I am seeking friends for going out and having a meal and a great time while at the same time stimulate the brain. I love to laugh and don't ever ask me to sing. Last time I sang even the deaf took out their hearing aids.
