I have fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. I will get surgery in my hands but I can do things like sitting in a hot tub, getting a massage frequently, and always try to get some light exercise like walking or yoga. There are always things to try but the biggest is thinking positive and no letting the little things matter.
