Contrary to popular belief, the spark of creativity is not something that one is inherently bestowed at birth. There are some recurring patterns that suggest otherwise. And these show us that creativity can be developed. All that is required is the willingness to put in time and effort to whatever art you want to develop and you can also be one of those creative people everyone gapes at.
