I am now open to the idea of "meeting" on the webcam...and I thought the "date" you mentioned was really cute...and takes a lil more effort..especially if you want to see romance someone long distance..thats a interesting idea!..thanks Ria

I LOVE the webcam, Its sooo flattering!! I use it frequently just to chat with friends, family, and the occasional guy. Gives a feeling of realism when you cant be in the same location as the person you talking too. Its a matter of being tasteful in using it. I most definitely DO NOT "prepare myself" to get on webcam. What you see is what you get in real life, a girl that only wears lipgloss and smiles alot.

I agree, it makes people look mungaloid, not to be mean but there's similarity to the pics and a jumbled robotic image of someone on the cam.

Webcam is a nice way to see if people really look like their pics and it's always nice to put a name with the face - but I don't think I'd use it to have an actual "date". That sounds as unappealing as cyber sex.
